i'm so angry, about a month ago i decieded to take some more terriorty on, so i got 70 more house, i due just collect books on monday, i went last night to get them an some other rep had been round collecting them, i was fuming, not only is she nicking my new customers who im just gettin on good terms with, she has nicked all my books. i was so angry. i drove round for half another trying to find her. as one of my customers told me what she looked like but no joy. there is nothing i can do about this as i dont even know her name. i know of one defo order she took, so she will be back at that house on the order delivery date, do i stake out and have it out with her, she has been collecting on more than one of my streets.

contact your area manager and explain and she will contact the girl and hopefully get your orders back for you.

this happened to me last year, I told my manager and after a while I had no further trouble. I did lose lots of books though, or I found them in places where I did not expect them.

Definitely contact your ASM, and try your best to get hold of one of her books for her name and phone number. Make sure your customers have your number and ask them to do you a favour of contacting you the minute they get a book from this other rep. Then you can pass on the info to your asm or contact the woman yourself and try to sort it out. Taking all your books is completely wrong and you are well within your rights to demand them back. I've been through similar situations myself, four times in fact, I know how frustrating it is, but all you can do is persevere and track her down.

thanks for all your help, i did have a manager (rep) i texted her a while ago, she texted back she no longer works for avon, so dont know what to do. but i will defo be watchin out for this girl. gemma is not happy.

I think the fact that she took your books and orders kinda defeats any other reasonable excuse for her being in your territory. I'd track her down if you can and have a polite but firm word with her. If you don't get any joy then it sounds like a job for ASM m'afraid.

LASTEST UPDATE, AVON STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP. You should of poked her in the eye with a rolled up avon book! Cant you get your upliner to get their hands on your ASM? I enjoy that part of being a sales leader

ok guys, thanks for aall your help as soon as i got her details i rang her,she looked her up on the computer while i waited and told me this girl has no allocated terriory she is just family and friends and said she said she will ring this girl and have a talk with her, i though she may have rang me back but i heard nothing. hopefully now my problem will be all delt with tho. im sure my great customers will tell me if not.

I did notice you said sales leader and they are different to ASM's. There is no chance of finding a specific sales leader without a name and even then it would be tricky. ASM's cover a specific area whilst sales leaders can operate nationwide.

I had the same prob who was just work, family and friends but because she told my asm that ppl said they didnt have a rep my asm has let her keep the rd apart from the few customers i refuse to get rid of!!

i just delivered C15 to one of my allocated streets, then 20 mins later i get a phone call saying ive been putting brochures through her doors.I double checked my allocated houses and im definately ok to deliver there( apart from one house i shouldnt have).She said she does freinds and family so i asked her what numbers she does and they seem to overlap some of mine?
Im totally confused and i said i would go back and take the brochures back off the people i just delivered to,but im worried she's just chancing it?
I apologised profusely as i didnt want her to think i was stealing her business but now im having doubts?
Any advice.
