Flu That Won't Go Away.

Runny noses, coughes, shivers, sore throats, thumping headaches - oh my, it sounds like you have the flu. But for a flu that won't go away? Well the cure is actually really very simple.

Fortunately, much like the cold virus, the flu hides in your nose and ear ducts and can be wiped out fast in the same way. Yes, although it has quite blunty invaded your body without provocation - which in my mind is a declaration of war and by international law, you reserve the right to defend yourself - retaliation is only moments away.

Get yourself half a cup of white vinegar put it to one cup of boiling water, mix in a bowl and inhale the fumes. Sorry - it really doesn't get any more scientific than that but as nature would have it, the acidity of vinegar steam rushing through your nostrils is enough to kill everything and anything viral that may be lurking around in there. Repeat the process a few times over the course of the day and you should be feeling better by the morning.
